Who are we?
My name is Heather Hermen and I live in Sedona, Arizona. I'm the owner of Front Burner Media. What started as an idea for services needed in Northern Arizona in 2011, has become a full service agency offering assistance to a variety of clients, industries, and partners.
Our main focus is on destination marketing, social media engagement, and public relations. Working with destinations, we've been able to promote them across the globe to the media, travel operators, agents, and industry leaders. Representing destinations in Australia, China, Canada, Europe, and across the United States, has helped us promote them for the benefit of their communities. A strong and healthy tax base means a stronger and more vibrant community for local residents.
We also provide assistance with public relations, having a crisis plan, speaking to the media, and training team members to be sure they feel confident to deliver the message you need them to share.
